Welcome to CodeMauritius. These terms of service govern your use of our website and software development services.

1. Services

CodeMauritius provides custom software development, UI/UX design, technical consulting and related digital services. Specific deliverables, timelines and payment terms are agreed in a separate proposal or contract.

2. Proposals and payments

Project quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment schedules, deposits and milestones are defined in the project agreement.

3. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights to the custom work produced for the project, excluding third-party libraries, frameworks, pre-existing code and our internal tooling.

4. Limitation of liability

CodeMauritius is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered products.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
